Born and raised in Harvey, Illinois, Christopher was a special person to many of us. He was kind hearted, intelligent, and extremely funny. He was a man of integrity, strength, and compassion. He dedicated his life to serving his community with vision and purpose.

He was a devoted father, a cherished son, a loving grandfather, an amazing brother, uncle, friend, mentor, and attorney. His love was constant and deeply felt by everyone who knew him. As Mayor, he led with heart and conviction. His legacy is one of leadership, service, and deep commitment to the people he so faithfully represented. Though he is no longer with us, the legacy of his love lives on through the lives he touched and the family he so proudly loved.
